Who we are

lwyr.site is run by Adnah India Consulting LLP, based in New Delhi, India. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us, including for grievances, at support@lwyr.site.

What we collect from lawyers using lwyr.site

• Account details: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google or Apple.
• Your site’s content: the details you enter, such as your name, photo, practice areas, contact details and bio. Once you publish, this content is public on your site by design.
• Business card photos: if you scan a card, the photo is kept only in your browser until you sign in, then sent to our AI provider to read the text. We do not store the photo.
• Billing details: Paddle, our payment provider, collects your payment details. We only receive your customer reference, plan and payment status, never your card number.
• Service emails: we keep a record of the account and billing emails we send you, such as free-week reminders.

What we collect from visitors to lawyers’ sites

• Messages: if you use a site’s inquiry form, we store your name, email, optional phone number and message so the lawyer can read and reply to it. The lawyer is responsible for how they use it.
• Visit statistics: we count page views and taps on buttons, with the referring website and whether you used a phone or computer. We do not use cookies for this and do not store your IP address.

How we use it

• to provide the service: build, host and publish sites, and deliver inquiries;
• to read business cards you choose to scan;
• to run your free week and paid plans, and send related emails;
• to show lawyers their visit statistics;
• to keep the service secure and prevent abuse; and
• to meet legal obligations.

We process this data to perform our contract with you, with your consent (for example when you scan a card or send an inquiry), for our legitimate interest in running a secure service, or where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Lovable Cloud (built on Supabase) for hosting, our database, file storage and sign-in;
• Lovable’s AI gateway, which uses Google’s Gemini model, to read business card photos;
• Lovable’s email service to send account and billing emails;
• Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for payments, taxes, invoices and refunds;
• Google or Apple, if you choose to sign in with them.

These providers may process data outside India. Where they do, we rely on their contractual and security commitments to protect it. We may also disclose data if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

• Account and site data: while your account is active, or until you delete it.
• Business card photos: not kept after they are read.
• Inquiries: until the lawyer deletes them or their site is deleted.
• Visit statistics: while the site exists.
• Billing records: as long as tax and accounting law requires (held by Paddle and by us).

Browser storage

We use your browser’s storage to keep you signed in, save your draft, and hold your chosen address or card photos until you sign in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Paddle’s checkout may set its own cookies when you pay.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act and the EU and UK GDPR, you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, withdraw consent, or object to how we use it. Email support@lwyr.site and we will reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.

Visitors who sent a message through a lawyer’s site can also contact that lawyer directly.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS), and access to it is restricted to your account and to the minimum needed to run the service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you as the law requires.

Children

lwyr.site is for adults and is not intended for anyone under 18.
